9/24 - yep it still allows a bit of water/condensation to collect under the cover when it rains but I've decided that it's probably unavoidable because I live in a really humid area (South Fl). I put some boxes under the cover to raise the cover up off the table and that reduced the moisture buildup and provides better airflow. Almost a year later (and the cover has been left on outside the entire time) and it looks brand new, the seams are holding and the cover still works. You can't beat the price and quality for this item.11/23 The primary reason for purchasing this cover is to protect my outdoor dining table, chairs, and cushions from the rain and unfortunately it doesn't do that well. When you look at the photo of the outside of the cover it appears to be waterproof but when I lift the cover up my table is wet underneath. If you are purchasing to keep your stuff protected from the sun and dirt this will work fine but if you need it to be waterproof it doesn't work.
